All prices on Buy Stockings are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
You can make payment on our website by MasterCard, Visa, PayPal or PayPal Express. On occasion we allow bank transfer if you do not have a credit card or Paypal. Please contact us if you require this payment option.
Your credit card is charged immediately upon purchase. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as 'Jola P/L' and/or 'Buy Stockings'
We want our customers to have an easy and trouble free experience ordering online with us. For hygiene reasons and to comply with health regulations we cannot accept returned hosiery that has been worn, damaged, soiled or altered in any way. If for any other reason your purchase is not correct you are able to return the original unopened factory-sealed packaging to us for an exchange or a full refund if you notify us within 7 days. Refunds are only issued for the cost of the items and not the original delivery charges. It is also your responsibility to pay for delivery charges to return the costume to us.
If you are exchanging an item for a different size, we cannot send the exchange item to you until we receive the original one back.
All returns must not be worn, damaged, soiled or altered in any way and the original packing must not be opened and not damaged.
If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag, you cannot get a refund. The item will be returned to you at your expense.
We stock quality brands at Buy Stockings. Should on rare occasions your item be faulty or missing items, please notify us immediately so that we can rectify the problem. We reserve the right to replace the faulty item or repair it if we deem it applicable. We reserve the right to inspect the item before any decision is made about it's exchange or refund.

Important:Items should be sent back to Buy Stockings using a traceable shipping method to the correct address. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding or exchanging the order.
